Who can rent a car?

A car can be rented by a client with valid personal documents and a valid driving license. The driver must meet the rental conditions and be listed in the rental agreement.

What documents are required?

Usually, a valid identity document and driving license are required. In some cases, additional details may be needed to prepare the rental agreement.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is usually 24 hours. Longer rental periods may have different daily rates depending on the vehicle, season and availability.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is usually required at vehicle pick-up. The deposit amount depends on the selected vehicle and rental conditions. If there are no damages, fines or breaches, the deposit is returned after the vehicle is returned.

What is included in the rental price?

The rental price usually includes use of the selected vehicle for the agreed rental period and standard rental conditions. Specific details rental period and standard are confirmed before booking.

What is not included in the price?

Fuel, traffic fines, paid parking, toll roads, additional services and costs caused by improper vehicle use are usually not included in the rental price.

Where can I pick up and return the car?

Pick-up and return can be arranged in Sozopol, Burgas, Burgas Airport and other locations upon request. All details are confirmed before the booking is finalized.

Can I add a second driver?

Yes, an additional driver can be added if declared in advance, approved and listed in the rental agreement. The additional driver must also have a valid driving license.

What should I do in case of breakdown, accident or damage?

You must contact Sprint Car Rental immediately and follow the instructions. In case of accident or damage, the client must follow legal procedures and, when required, obtain documents from the police or traffic police.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, extension is possible depending on vehicle availability and only after prior confirmation by Sprint Car Rental. We recommend contacting us as early as possible.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, Sprint Car Rental offers private transfers from Burgas Airport and to destinations along the Bulgarian coast. The price depends on route, vehicle type and number of passengers.

How can I book a car?

You can send an inquiry through the website, call us or contact us by email. We will confirm dates, vehicle, pick-up/drop-off location, deposit and final price before booking.
