Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms are provided for customer convenience. Specific rental details, price, deposit and additional conditions are confirmed during booking and in the rental agreement.

Important: final rental conditions depend on the selected vehicle, rental period, availability, pick-up/drop-off location and individual booking details.

Documents & Driver

  • The renter must have valid personal documents.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
  • An additional driver must be declared and approved in advance.

Rental Period

  • The minimum rental period is usually 24 hours.
  • The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time and location.
  • Rental extension is possible only after prior confirmation.
  • Late return may result in additional charges.

Pick-Up & Return

  • The vehicle is handed over in clean and roadworthy condition.
  • Pick-up and return condition is confirmed by inspection.
  • The client must return the vehicle in the same condition, with documents, keys and equipment.
  • Flexible pick-up and drop-off locations may be arranged upon request.

Deposit

  • The deposit is paid or blocked at vehicle pick-up.
  • The deposit guarantees the renter’s obligations under the rental agreement.
  • If there are no damages or breaches, the deposit is returned after vehicle return.
  • Part or all of the deposit may be retained for damages, missing fuel, fines or breach of terms.

Payment & Price

  • The rental price is confirmed before booking.
  • The final price depends on the vehicle, rental period, season and pick-up/drop-off details.
  • Payment is made according to the confirmed booking conditions.
  • Additional services may be charged separately.

Fuel Policy

  • Fuel is not included in the rental price.
  • The vehicle must be returned with the agreed fuel level.
  • Missing fuel is paid by the client.
  • Fuel conditions are confirmed at vehicle handover.

Insurance & Responsibility

  • Vehicles are provided with the required insurance coverage according to the rental terms.
  • The renter is responsible for damages, losses or breaches during the rental period.
  • Damage caused by improper use may be charged to the renter.
  • Tyres, rims, undercarriage, keys and documents may not be covered by standard conditions.

Accidents, Damage or Theft

  • In case of accident, damage, breakdown or theft, the client must contact Sprint Car Rental immediately.
  • The client must follow legal requirements and obtain the necessary police/traffic police documents.
  • Without an official report or required documents, the client may be fully responsible.
  • The client must cooperate with the lessor, police and insurance company.

Prohibited Use

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances is prohibited.
  • The vehicle must not be given to persons not listed in the agreement.
  • The vehicle must not be used for racing, testing, towing or carrying dangerous/excessive loads.
  • The vehicle must be used only for its intended purpose and with proper care.

Fines & Violations

  • All traffic fines and sanctions during the rental period are paid by the renter.
  • The client is responsible for traffic law violations.
  • Administrative costs related to violations may be charged additionally.
  • Breach of rental terms may result in deposit retention.
